Our developments aim to minimise enviromental impact whilst providing modern workspace for long-term use by local businesses. High spec’ materials ensure maximum energy efficiency and durability, reducing running and maintenance costs as well as enviromental costs.

Our renovations provide an opportnity to revive buildings into high quailty work spaces. Achieving sustainbility through the re-use of existing structures and materials for a variety of occupier uses.

Low carbon, renewable energy is the future of energy.

In April 2026 local contractors completed the installation of two roof mounted solar arrays, a total of 422 bifocal panels, with a combined estimated annual generation of 210MWh the systems are expected to provide 60% of the sites annual energy use, enough to power 70 UK homes. Saving 40.5t of CO2 annually, the equivelant of planting 1,860 trees. As a result our tenant busineses will benefit from cheaper on-site generated renewable energy, and a more sustainable future.

A rural employment site shouldn’t exist apart from the landscape around it, it should be part of it.

Trees, hedgerows, wildflower area’s and ponds all help to connect the site to the landscape beyond its boundary. We recognise that getting this right means that a rural employment site isn’t a compromise beween business and nature, the two can coexist and benefit from one another.

Planning policy stipulates a net gain to biodiversity, we don’t see this as a box to be ticked, but a baseline to be exceeded.

As of July 2026 we have planted 1,600 native hedgeplants around the site, these include Hawthorn, Crab Apple, Hazel, Maple, Dog Rose, Beech and Yew, all of which provide important habitat and food for a variety of insects, mammals and birds. We have also planted 26 native trees, which include Cherry, Maple, Alder and Willow along with 280 sqm of wildflower meadow, a varity of bird and bat boxes and an attenuation pond planted with Flower Rush, Flag Iris, Loosestrife, Waterlily and more, all of which are carfully managed via a contractor agreement with a commitment to putting nature first.

A business site isn’t just where people work, its where they take a breath, eat lunch, enjoy social time and hopfully sit to enjoy nature.

We design developments to incorporate considerate amenity spaces, which directly support welling. A change of scenery, contact with nature or simply a moment away from screens and machinary to help eleviate stress or gain inspiration. Whatever the benefit to the individual we ensure the space is available and accessible to all site users.
